Shipping and Returns

Returns: All sales are final, there are no returns. However if your order is received with damage an exchange will be made. Photographic proof of damage and order details needs to be emailed to kathleendolmatch@yahoo.com

Domestic Shipping: All orders in the US will have tracking numbers

International Shipping: Please be aware of your country's VAT charges - when your order is delivered there will probably be an additional fee at the time of delivery associated with importing from a foreign country. This is not charged by me nor paid to me.

For Luster Prints 12x18inch and 20x30inch you have the option to select a shipping method that includes a tracking number or not.

All other orders will have a tracking number.
